What a Week FOR L!

Well, we went to the sleep Doc Yesterday and L has to go into the hospital for a few days. Those test came back as Autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy… It’s not good… A Messed up Gene on Chromosome 20 I’m told.

That on top of her sleep Apena and CPAP machine she has to use at night to stay breathing. The day before, the dentist told us L has cells in a tooth. That is wicked rare and they are trying to save her tooth and gums. It’s a one in one million chance of her getting it at no fault of her own, it’s just a fluke thing…

Please, if you pray? Please pray for L?

We’re moving next Sat.. closer to the hospital in Boston..

Sorry I’ve been away, I needed to house hunt and finally found the perfect place last night!!!

Still have to move by June so, I’ve got a lot of packing to do.. UGG!

Has anyone heard from George ( Beachhutman)? He’s in China and they just had the huge quake…

I’m very worried about him.. Please if anyone has heard from him, he’s not posted anything since May 9th which, is not like him..

I’ll be back shortly to up-date on this happy move!!!!

Thanks Daf and Flighty! I got an email from G! I was wicked worried. I just heard about that quake!

L’s been put on Lyrica for the pain so, we’re seeing how that goes while we move. So far, all is well!

The Doctor Called…

L has fibromyalgia…

My heart sunk when I heard the bad news. It seems, L has had it for many years. All the things I’ve taken her to the Doctor and specialist for over the years, Sleep Disorder which, she’s on a C-Pap machine to keep breathing whilst sleeping, burning and itching deep in her legs when she walks, No one knew what that was, Chronic Fatigue and Depression just to name a few are all symptoms of Fibromyalgia! No one, not one freaking doctor could put this together over the years? All the drugs and machines they put her on were all wrong! Every damn doctor we went to I gave all theses symptoms too! Finally, my Doctor sends her to a good specialist that is for auto immune diseases and she in one week and the proper testing, finds the whole problem? She starts medication and therapy next week, We’re going now for a few more tests because the good Doctor found something else on her hunt to find L’s problems.

I’m just so disgusted and up-set right now. I feel so bad for L and I feel I’ve let her down all these years..

ARG!

My friends mostly seem to be on wordpress so, I’m going to blog here also! Maybe this will be the only place I blog….
